By using Lombok Jalan Jalan’s car rental and tour services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Our Services
We offer self-drive car rental, car rental with a driver, car rental with a driver and fuel included, and tour packages around Lombok. Bookings are made via WhatsApp — details such as availability, pricing, and specific requirements will be confirmed by our team before a booking is considered final.
Renter Requirements
- For self-drive rentals, the renter must hold a valid driver’s license in line with Indonesia’s traffic regulations.
- The renter must present valid identification (ID card/passport) when picking up the vehicle.
- Deposit or security requirements will be communicated and agreed upon at booking confirmation.
Booking and Payment
A booking is considered confirmed once the details (dates, car model or tour package, price) have been agreed between the renter and our team via WhatsApp. Payment method and schedule will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
Cancellations
Cancellation and refund policies will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary depending on when the cancellation is made and which service was booked. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
Vehicle Use
- Vehicles may only be used for lawful purposes.
- The renter is responsible for keeping the vehicle in good condition throughout the rental period.
- Damage resulting from anything beyond reasonable use is the renter’s responsibility, as agreed at the time the vehicle is handed over.
- Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location; late returns may incur additional charges.
Liability
Lombok Jalan Jalan takes reasonable steps to ensure the fleet is roadworthy before each rental. However, we are not responsible for events outside our control, such as weather conditions, accidents caused by renter negligence, or other force majeure events.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The last updated date is shown at the top of this page.
